The SAP Business ByDesign User Group is organized by the NA Partner Advisory Council (PAC), whose overarching goal is to help improve all aspects of SAP Business ByDesign to meet the needs of its users, as well as improve SAP Business ByDesign’s selling process for both the SAP and NA partners. Through the PAC, partners work hand in hand to improve the lives of their SAP Business ByDesign users. Every partner’s role is to hear and acknowledge the problems of an end user and to relay them through the PAC. SAP understands that the partners’ feedback will result in the improvement of its products and services – which is what the customer ultimately wants.
Karl Corriveau is a partner, member of the management committee and VP Operations at Novatech. He graduated from McGill University in mechanical engineering and has over 20 years of experience in project management, production and operations management. As a Project Manager, he has worked on multiple IT deployments and was also responsible for the development of Novatech's strategic plan. Since 1986, Novatech has been a leader in analytical instrumentation for the measurement of gases and liquids for process, environmental and ambient sensing. Novatech has specialized expertise in understanding customer needs to ensure that it offers the best analytical instruments and integrated solutions. For an SME like Novatech, technology is a strategic tool that allows us to work and interact with our international partners and world-class customers as well as with our local collaborators. This implies that we must be agile and integrate quickly to the changes in multinational companies. The company is growing rapidly and is now present across Canada after acquiring another company in Western Canada in 2017. SAP Business ByDesign has been a solid foundation allowing us to make this integration quickly and efficiently. Our strategic directions of maximizing SAP technologies and the future of digital transformation are paramount to ensure our long-term growth.
